May 5: A young girl who was seriously injured in a wall collapse during a wedding ceremony in Rajouri’s Dhanidhar area has died while undergoing treatment at SMGS Hospital in Jammu.
Officials said the child was among nearly 20 people who were injured when a wall suddenly collapsed amid the celebrations on Sunday. She was first taken to GMC Rajouri and later shifted to SMGS Hospital in critical condition.Despite efforts by doctors, she could not be saved.
Authorities have taken note of the incident, and an investigation is currently underway.
