May 6- The Additional District Magistrate of Doda has enforced prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the BNSS, 2023, banning hate speech, provocative remarks, and actions that may incite violence.
The order prohibits individuals, groups, and media platforms from spreading content that promotes enmity or communal tension. Live coverage of events likely to disrupt public order is also barred.
Public gatherings now require prior approval. The order takes immediate effect and will remain in force for two months unless withdrawn earlier.
