New Delhi, January 15, 2026:
Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta, on Thursday visited the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Republic Day Camp (RDC) at Delhi Cantt, where she lauded the discipline, dedication, and exemplary conduct of the cadets.

Impressed by the cadets’ synchronised march, band performances, and vibrant cultural presentations, the Chief Minister said that their display truly reflected the heartbeat of the nation. She commended the cadets for upholding the highest standards of discipline and teamwork, describing their performance as a symbol of unity in diversity.

Rekha Gupta highlighted the pivotal role of the NCC in shaping courageous, responsible, and socially committed youth. She noted that the organisation plays a vital role in instilling lifelong values of nationalism, unity, discipline, and constitutional commitment among young citizens.

Emphasising the NCC’s holistic training framework, the Chief Minister underlined the importance of national integration initiatives such as the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camps and Special National Integration Camps. She said these programmes help strengthen bonds among youth from different regions and cultures, fostering mutual understanding and national cohesion.

The Chief Minister encouraged the cadets to continue striving for excellence and to contribute positively to nation-building, stating that the NCC remains a strong pillar in nurturing future leaders of the country.
