SRINAGAR: The Congress on Saturday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address Parliament after US President Donald Trump reiterated that his administration brokered the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, claiming five jets were downed during the conflict.
Separately, in Kishtwar’s Singpura Areagam village, a woman identified as Pushpa Devi (35) was killed in an apparently accidental shooting. “She died on the spot,” a senior police officer said.
