Srinagar, Sep 13: The Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, has recommended convening the Legislative Assembly from October 13.
Cabinet Minister Javed Ahmad Dar said the autumn session is likely to last about a week, concluding around October 20. Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather, however, said his office has not yet received official communication.
