Anjuman Sharie Shian Delegation Calls on LG Manoj Sinha, Seeks Smooth Conduct of Muharram Processions

Srinagar, May 27: A delegation from Anjuman Sharie Shian J&K, led by Aga Syed Mujtaba Abbas Mosavi, met with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to discuss key matters concerning the upcoming Muharram observances.

During the meeting, the delegation highlighted several issues related to the peaceful and smooth conduct of Muharram, with particular emphasis on the Youm-e-Ashoora procession. They urged the administration to ensure necessary arrangements are in place to facilitate the religious gatherings and processions.

The Lieutenant Governor gave a patient hearing to the concerns raised and assured the delegation that appropriate measures would be taken to address the issues and ensure a hassle-free observance of the sacred events.
