New Delhi, April 21: Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a review meeting in the national capital today with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, and senior state officials to discuss the implementation of three new central laws in the state.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Shah shared details of the meeting, stating, “Today in New Delhi, held a review meeting with the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Shri @vishnudsai ji, Deputy Chief Minister Shri @vijaysharmacg ji and senior officials regarding the implementation of three new laws in the state.”

He emphasized that the three laws, introduced by the Modi government, aim to ensure easy access to justice, sensitivity, and transparency in the legal system. Shah urged the Chhattisgarh government to implement the laws at the earliest.

“The Chhattisgarh government should implement these laws soon and become an ideal state,” he wrote.

The meeting reflects the Centre’s ongoing push to modernize and streamline the country’s legal framework, with Chhattisgarh expected to play a key role in setting the pace for nationwide implementation.
