Abdul Rahim Rather Inaugurates ₹1.88 Cr PHC in Nagbal; Unveils Plans to Develop Yousmarg as Next Gulmarg

In a major push to health infrastructure and regional development, Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Friday inaugurated a ₹1.88 crore Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Nagbal in Budgam. He also announced ambitious plans to transform Yousmarg into the next Gulmarg with gondola rides, skiing facilities, and modern amenities, aiming at socio-economic upliftment of the Kandi belt and speedy execution of pending development projects.
