BJP Workers Protest in Srinagar Over Rahul Gandhi’s Remarks

SRINAGAR: The BJP on Tuesday held a protest at Srinagar’s Lal Chowk against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his alleged remarks about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother.Organised by the party’s Mahila Morcha under president Sunita Raina, the demonstration saw workers raising slogans against the Congress and demanding an apology from Gandhi. Protesters said the remarks were an insult that the country would not tolerate.
