J&K IMPARD Holds Valedictory Ceremony for 2023 Batch of Civil Services Officers

Srinagar, July 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (J&K IMPARD) on Friday held the valedictory ceremony for the Joint Foundation Training Course (JFTC) for the 2023 batch of civil services officers, including those from the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS), Jammu and Kashmir Police Service (JKPS), and Jammu and Kashmir Accounts Service (JKAS).

Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, who was the chief guest at the event, addressed the young officers and emphasized the importance of integrity, professionalism, and unwavering dedication in public service. He called upon the officers to be proactive in addressing the needs of the people and to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in their careers.
