SRINAGAR: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced its candidates for the 2025 Assembly bye-elections across Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Telangana.

In J&K, Aga Syed Mohsin, a Shia community leader from Budgam, will contest from the Budgam constituency, while Devyani Rana—daughter of late BJP leader and former Nagrota MLA Devinder Singh Rana—has been fielded from Nagrota.

The BJP has also nominated Babulal Soren from Ghatshila (ST) in Jharkhand, Jay Dholakia from Nuapada in Odisha, and Lankala Deepak Reddy from Jubilee Hills in Telangana.
