Omar Abdullah Reviews Development Projects in Poonch, Calls for Timely Execution

Poonch, Wednesday: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the development profile of Poonch district, examining the pace of work and the physical and financial progress of ongoing projects.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister stressed the need for timely utilisation of allocated funds and urged all departments to adhere strictly to project timelines. He emphasised that development initiatives must translate into visible, on-ground outcomes that directly benefit the public.

The review meeting was attended by Cabinet Ministers, the Advisor to the Chief Minister, the District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson, and the MLAs from Poonch district.
