Srinagar: For the second consecutive day, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday held pre-budget consultations with key government departments ahead of the Budget Session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly beginning February 2, 2026.
The meetings focused on reviewing departmental priorities, assessing sectoral requirements, and outlining key development imperatives. The consultations are aimed at shaping a comprehensive and growth-oriented budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
