NEW DELHI, April 22:
As concerns grow over worsening law and order and water scarcity in Maharashtra, NCP (Sharad Pawar faction) MP Supriya Sule has said that she will urge state authorities to convene an all-party meeting to address the crisis.
Commenting on the upcoming meeting between Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and NCP (SCP) chief Sharad Pawar, Sule said, “They will continue to meet on work-related matters. However, the real focus must shift to the pressing issues—rising crime rates and growing water shortages in the state.”
Sule added that she will be requesting Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to take the lead in bringing all political parties together. “Maharashtra is facing a crisis. It’s time for collective action. Everyone needs to come together to find solutions,” she emphasized.
