SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir administration on Wednesday ordered a new set of transfers and postings within the Transport Department, affecting several ARTOs and in-charge ARTOs across the Union Territory. The changes have been implemented with immediate effect.
According to the official order, Kapil Deol, Jr. Scale JKAS, who had been awaiting adjustment, has been appointed as ARTO Doda.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Manzoor, I/C ARTO and presently functioning as I/C ARTO Ganderbal, has been shifted and will now take charge as I/C ARTO Budgam.
In a corresponding move, Arif Parvaiz Shah, I/C ARTO Budgam, has been transferred and posted as I/C ARTO Ganderbal.
