Ivins, USA (May 4) – India’s Aditi Ashok produced one of her best rounds of the season, carding a 6-under 66 at the Black Desert Championship. With seven birdies and a lone bogey, she surged up the leaderboard into a tie for 20th place.
After rounds of 69-71-66, Ashok is now 10-under par for the tournament, trailing the leader, Haeran Ryu of Korea, by eight shots. Ryu, who has posted scores of 63-67-68, leads with an 18-under total.
Ashok’s round began with three pars before she caught fire with four birdies between the fourth and ninth holes, turning in 4-under at the turn.
With two rounds remaining, Ashok remains in striking distance, and a strong finish could see her climb further up the standings.
