Srinagar, Aug 29:
The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Friday predicted a brief spell of moderate rain and intense showers over several areas of Jammu and Kashmir during the next couple of hours, with gradual improvement expected thereafter.
According to the latest update from the weather office, many places in Pahalgam and Tral are likely to experience rain showers, while hilly areas of Kukernag, Banihal–Ramban–Chanderkote axis, Reasi, Katra, and Udhampur may also receive intense rainfall. Additionally, parts of Poonch and Ganderbal are expected to witness showers.
