Kulgam, July 24: Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan, in collaboration with officials and educators, today launched ‘Classes of Joy 2025’ — a child-centric initiative aimed at enhancing foundational learning across government schools in the district.
The program focuses on creating engaging and joyful learning environments to strengthen core academic skills among young students.
