GULMARG (JK), May 28 – Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday met with visiting tourists in the scenic town of Gulmarg and expressed satisfaction over their positive experiences in the Valley.
Interacting with tourists during his official visit, Abdullah said he was heartened by their encouraging feedback and enthusiasm. “Their joy and appreciation reflect the growing confidence in Kashmir as a safe, welcoming, and vibrant destination,” he said.
The chief minister’s engagement with tourists comes amid renewed efforts by the government to revive the tourism sector following the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, which left 26 tourists dead.
