Anantnag: Anantnag Police on Monday attached a residential property worth nearly ₹1.10 crore belonging to alleged drug peddler Ajaz Ahmad Bhat of Nowshara Srigufwara under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act.

Police said the property was identified as illegally acquired through proceeds generated from narcotics trafficking. The action was taken in connection with FIR No. 54/2025 registered at Police Station Srigufwara.

Officials reiterated their commitment to continuing strict action against drug trafficking and properties linked to the narcotics trade in the district.
