Srinagar Police Seek Public Assistance to Identify RTA Suspects

Srinagar, Feb 12: Srinagar Police have sought assistance from the general public in identifying suspects involved in a Road Traffic Accident (RTA) case registered at Police Station Saddar.

According to officials, the case has been registered as FIR No. 13/2026 under Sections 281 and 125(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The police have initiated an investigation and are working to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident.

In a statement, Srinagar Police appealed to citizens to come forward with any information that could help identify the individuals involved or provide details related to the accident. Members of the public who may have witnessed the incident or possess relevant information have been urged to share it with Police Station Saddar.

Srinagar Police have assured that the identity of informants will be kept strictly confidential.

Authorities have emphasized that public cooperation is crucial in ensuring timely investigation and accountability in the case.
