Udhampur, August 7:
Two CRPF jawans lost their lives, and 16 others sustained injuries in a tragic road accident in Udhampur district on Wednesday, officials said. The accident reportedly involved a vehicle transporting personnel when it met with a mishap under unknown circumstances.
According to Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Udhampur, eight of the injured jawans are said to be in critical condition. “Three of them have already been shifted to Sana Hospital, Northern Command. The rest are being airlifted for immediate medical attention,” the ASP confirmed.
