Bengaluru, Karnataka – In the wake of a recent terror attack, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge announced that the Congress Working Committee (CWC) will convene on April 24 at 11 am in New Delhi to discuss the ongoing situation and formulate the party’s response. Kharge emphasized that the meeting would focus on the tragic incident, highlighting the need for a united front in the fight against terrorism.

Speaking to the media in Bengaluru, Kharge called for an end to partisan politics, stressing that the nation’s priority should be collective resolve and justice for the victims of the terror attack. “No time for partisan politics; this is a moment for collective resolve to ensure justice for those who lost their lives,” Kharge stated, underscoring the urgency of addressing the tragedy with a unified approach.

In his statement, Kharge reaffirmed Congress’ unwavering support for the government in its efforts to combat terrorism. “At this moment, we are all one with the government in fighting the terrorists,” he remarked, reflecting the party’s stance of solidarity during times of national crisis.

Kharge also urged the government to deploy all available resources to track down the perpetrators of the attack, emphasizing the need for swift and decisive action. “Congress urges the government to use all its sources to hunt down the terrorists,” he added, reflecting the party’s call for comprehensive measures to ensure justice for the victims and safeguard national security.

The Congress party’s response highlights a pivotal moment for national unity in the face of terror, with Kharge’s remarks serving as a call for cooperation, focus, and a robust, coordinated response from all political factions.
